What is meditation?Meditation is an adventure, the longest adventure in a man’s life. When you do nothing, when all activity has stopped and you just exist, this is meditation. Meditation is not an activity that you can just do, that you can practice on it. You need only to understand it. A single moment that you do nothing, no thought, no concentration and you are just on your own inner center, in silence, in utter silence inside you, then you are in meditation and you can remain in it for even twenty four hours a day.
